    Hi Folks,

I need an input from follow DP members who are familiar with this scenario.

Let's say you have a domain name "for example" internet-computer-games.com and you live and based outside the U.S. And the name "computer-games" is a trademark in the U.S. and not in the country you live in. and the folks who have the trademark also own computer-games.com

Can the folks who own computer-games.com take your domian away from you

    thanks in advance

Maybe I should not respond as this has never happened to me, but . . .

You don't own the domain. You are simply leasing it. Your registrar (through ICANN) is going to comply with international (and USA) intellectual property laws.

So, you could live in say India and register Ebay2.com and have the domain taken from you.
