Question about Disclaimers, Affiliate Disclosure Statement, Earnings Disclosure

    Hi,

    I am new to Internet Marketing and I am in the process of researching what it is all about. My plan is to create niche websites that can be monetized through a combination of adsense, the amazon affiliate program and clickbank.

    I understand that I am required to have a privacy policy and a terms of service through the adsense program, but I am a bit unclear on a few other terms I have come across:

    1. Disclaimers
    2. Affiliate Disclosure Statement
    3. Earnings Disclosure

    Am I also required to have these three as well?

    Yes you are required by FTC in the U.S. to have a disclaimer on your site.
    As long as your promoting something that may give you an income.
    You may not need it in some countries, it is better to be safe than sorry.
