Question about Digg-would it be a violation of their TOS

I have a Biz Networking site and if I reward my members who have their articles dug, would that be a violation of their terms of service?

I would like to create a reason for people to add content to the site. I was willing to give a $7 spiff for 7 diggs. Just wondering is anyone here had any experience with their TOS.
