Question about Datalife Engine (DLE) as a CMS

I've been contemplating using Datalife Engine as a CMS for a short while now, but have some reservations about it due to the language barrier (DLE is from a Russian company), they seem to offer very marginal support for the English language. It took forever to even find the official DLE Web site, versus the many "affiliate" sites offering nulled versions of the app. DLE also appears to be VERY popular among the Russian scripts and warez sites both as the backend and as an 'nulled' offering. DLE appears to be a great choice for a CMS (those concerns noted above notwithstanding), I'm left wondering why it's not more popular? Are there issues with DLE that you experienced Webmasters are aware of that make DLE a bad choice? What would be comparable to DLE? Expression Engine? Drupal? (robust CMS with integrated forum, etc. and not your average blog app like WP) Thanks...

DLE is the best CMS ever, cheap (about 80$), but people not use because not ENGLISH SUPPORT, only russian modules, templates (verry expensive).
I use it with my own translations of modules and templates. GREAT SCRIPT.
