Question about cybersquating? I own a domain name with a .net ext. My companies inc is also the name of my url. My question is the person who owns the .com with the name of my company isn't using the domain and is just parking it. How do I get that .com with my company name? any suggestions.
    Thanks
    Jason

Offer to buy it from him (from a different email address than your .net domain, of course)

Parking a domain is not technically squatting. The person needs to be using your trademark in bad faith in order to get it back from ICANN. In other words, he needs to be confusing the public by having a site similar to your trademark. And even if he was cybersquatting, it would still cost you over $1000 for arbitration.

Did he register the .com before you incorporated?

If so, you'll need to negotiate with him, because the domain is rightfully his. If not, you're an idiot for not getting the .com BEFORE you incorporated....
