hi, what does it mean when someone can create a custom vbulleting skin for you but not code it? and coding costs extra... is coding a template hard to do for someone who know his around vbulletin a little bit and can do mod installation? when does it involve? thanks -siteseer
My guest would be they say create then really mean take one that's already designed and just changed some graphics for you, either that or just design the graphics for you. Coding is just the html needed for the template. Coding a template isn't that stuff, actually its very easy. Installing most mods on vbulletin are simple even if them need template edites. So coding a skin is much more difficult then installing 85% of most mods. Coding a skin can get pretty tought depending on how fancy you plan on making it. You also have to take into account when most display text or graphics on the forumhome or postbit that it doesn't distory the way things look. Coding a skin includes coding templates. Most of he time it involes editing a good number of templates depending on design. You may only need to edit 5 or so templates, then you again there's a chance you may need to edit 20 templates. It all comes down to the design of the skin.
