Question about Custom Channels

If I watch a certin ad, say the one in my menu do I HAVE to greate new code on google or can I just add the channel name I want to the code I already have?

You have to generate it or else how are you going to select the channel to run reports?

 

If you already know the channel number you want to plug in, just do it. You aren't changing the ads, the code would be identical if generated by Google.
