At first sorry for my language...
    And then my questions...
I did not find anything about the CTR.
I read several times the google Adnsense TOS , but i haven`t find any information about this "number".
Many peoples say that u must have the CTR below 3%, is that true ?
My CTR is 7.16%, is that number to high?
What do you say, what is the largest CTR what is still accepted by google ?
A read many posts, but i coudn`t find a fix number, why is that?
What CTR do you have on your page?

CTR is a click through rate, pretty much percentage of clicks/ impressions. As long as your clicks do not violate TOS you should be ok with even 10% ctr

There is no "fixed" number. Google won't ban you just because you have a high CTR, as long as they are all valid clicks.
