Question about CJ commission locked on 10th of the month

    I have a little confuse in the statement "locked on 10th of the month unless extended". Is this mean advertisers can extend their commission within 1st-9th of the month and cannot do it when it comes to 10th? Or advertisers can still extend their commission even on 10th of the month?

    Once locked they can't be extended. Though not all lock exactly on the 10th.
