    Hi,

I have a business directory which has many listings. Some of these listings appear in more then one business category.

    For Example:
A Smash Repair company may appear under both Automotive Paint & Automotive Smash Repairs.

Is Google smart enough to work out that this is not a duplication of content, or will I need to specify a canonical link on one of two pages?

Both pages have a different page URL (as they are under a different category). The content on each page is relatively similar except for a few things.

page URLs are something like /QLD/automotive-paint/company-name and /QLD/automotive-smash-repairs/company-name

I would just like to add from a little research in google, i cannot see any references to duplicates.. I wonder how Google would decide which of my pages indexes?
