yes, i created a blog yesterday and the topic that I have chosen, It is very popular on the news right now and I know that it will do wonderful with adsense but I just got one question, When I go to Alexa.com and I type in a site name like plentyoffish.com, it tells me how many sites are linking to plentyoffish which is like 2077. I think this is called back links. Now, how on earth does he get his site to link in 2077 locations in a matter of a few hours? The reason why I ask is because I have a blog, and I want my site to link in that many locations or at least a good number, that way my blog can show up under search engines. If I went ahead and manually done it by hand it would take me FOREVER before it even gets in that range. So, if anyone knows how to get your site or blog linked in many locations at one time, please let me know.
Well if you have viral content (really great content, pictures, applications, etc.) that goes crazy on a social bookmarking site (Digg, Delicious, Stumbleupon) then you might get thousands of visitors and some great links as well. Otherwise you have to pay for your links which usually get hammered by google and defeat the entire purpose of buying them in the first place. I would just focus on great content, be patient, and start building 10-20 links a day. If your content really is good, then the links and traffic will come and be very terrific! Also, find blogs in your similar niche and guest post on them. Then all of their traffic will get to know you and you'll have additional links. Just beware of spamming your way to links because it will backfire on you.
