    I have a question...

Lets say, that I have site in polish language and with polish .pl TLD, and I want improve its SERP in polish google (www.google.pl).

When I buy backlinks from sites, that are in english, and on .com TLD will this improve my SERPs same like backlinks from polish sites?

    And 2nd question,
How important is backlink from site with content related to mine?
    For example,
    I have site about internet.

How much better will be PR5 backlink from site about internet, then from site about... cars?

    Big thanks for answers :)

The results for particular languages are different and one of those differences comes with backlinks from site's laungage. TLD has nothig to do here - you can have .com and .jp domains in any language you want.

Content coherency between linked sites makes your backlink stronger ofcourse. Not related site will improve your serp but much less (or nothing in extreme cases).

if you want to have good serp on google.pl, you will need backlinks from .pl sites.

.pl sites will have a bid effect on your serp but the other will have less effect than pl sites.

of course, you will need backlinks from related web sites.
