Say I'm targeting the following Keywords:

    "Computer Monitors"
    "Computer Screens"

When getting backlinks, which would be best:

    • Alternate Anchor texts between the two for each link
    • Have the Anchor text be "Computer Monitors Screens"

I think Computer Monitors Screens would be ok because you can target both of the keywords on that anchor text.

assuming that the targeted page has proper title tag, H1's, and other on page factors in place to support both keywords phrases,

I would Alternate Anchor texts between the two for each link.

*Your website can have a main page rank on the SERPs and a supporting page under it.

Assuming you are optimizing your home page for the keywords in question you can build supporting pages with the keywords in the URL,

    Example
youwebsite.com = computer monitors and computer screens
    yourwebsite.com/computer_monitors.html = Computer monitors
    yourwebsite.com/computer screens.html = computer screens

Or, pending on what your site can support you can go third or fourth level with the keyword targeted pages

    yourwebsite.com/products/computer/computer_screens.html

    hope my reply helps.

Feel free to PM for more details

    :)
