Question about an affiliate program

I've started a new blog about diet and weightloss, I already have a website in Dutch about health and weightloss for over 7 years. My question is, what do you think of dokter online affiliate? On my dutch site I already have an account by this affiliate, but is not going well, many hits, but no sales. The last month I had 1 sale I've also installed a catalogue last month, and now I'm recieving so much spam, so I think I will remove this cataloque.

What are your experiences on an English site/blog with this affiliate.
