    Hello,

In the last few days, a buyer has started a dispute against me in AlertPay, I received the "Contact Request" email from them where they asked me to provide proof, I replayed back to that email but my proofs, but 1 week later I found the money reversed without any notice from AlertPay, I called them and they told me that you didn't not response to the buyer, but I never received any email since I sent my proofs to them.
Also they said that AlertPay sent me a notice that I have 1 more day to reply before they close they dispute BUT I never received that email...

I want to ask you if you guys receive the buyer response when he reply with proof?

Check you're junk/spam folder for your email provider. The emails which AlertPay probably sent you wind up in your junk/spam folder. Never depend on the emails sent by any payment processor, if Buyer raises a dispute go directly to your AlertPay account and respond to any dispute claims and upload the necessary documents as your proof which AlertPay is requesting from you to state your claim to money which Buyer has paid for goods or services.

I always check spam before I delete anything.
Seems that you are not an AlertPay user since the dispute system work via email, you can't do anything from your account, it just tell you that the money in "hold".

They said that it is not their responsibility that I did not receive the email, they said "we just sent it".
This is stupid...I lost a dispute because:
1/AlertPay don't send buyer email to the seller.
2/AlertPay have a crappy dispute system (over email...should be done from the account).
3/AlertPay will close the dispute when the seller don't reply (inactive) for 5 days.(Note that you don't receive the buyer response, just nothing...).

It is not my fault really...I can't accept to lose my money just like that.
Is there anything I can do?
