Question About Affiliate URL Structure ...

Hi.

Preface:

I have an affiliate link like:
http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1234567-1234567 (this one is not real)
That forwarding to:
http://www.tickco.com/
Now I want to actually link to this page:
http://www.tickco.com/schedule/lady-gaga/
So I changed the affiliate link to:
"http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1234567-1234567?url=http://www.tickco.com/schedule/lady-gaga/"
Now it seems to work but

Here is my question:
Will it save my affiliate data ?
Can I use this affiliate link with different URLs for multiple times ?
