in order to use the $50 voucher, you must enter your valid credit card #. So i used paypal VCC, after it's approved, i got the $50 credit, I close my VCC credit card, so it's no longer active. I've used $100 in click activities this month, after the $50 credit, I still owe google $50. How does google get the $50 dollars from me if my VCC doesn't work for them?
Simply put, they can't. They will eventually continue to ask you to provide details so that they can take payment. After a prolonged period of non payment they'll probably close down your account and limit your ability to create a new account. Whether they will pursue other means of getting the money off you is another debate. Some would argue that they would just stop at closing your account and not bother taking it to court because the expense and effort is so great for what is an incredibly small sum to them.
Thanks for your comment, I will probably pay it back, but I was just wondering why would google let people use VCC if they think that people will close their VCC account anyways? and ending up loan ppl money in a sense.
they just want to earn more money and by the way they didn't lose anything to do that. Having adwords, google becomes a bank that has its own currency. Correct?
pbforever, i agree it's a like a bank for google. Money just keeps on coming in, profit margin is like 99%. google's like monopoly in this area.. I am really disappointed at yahoo and microsoft, they need to change their strategy.
Well, if I were google, I'd send you some warnings and put the domain that you advertised for in the sandbox or at worse, ban it entirely. It's a good approach if they get too many unpaid client. It's not worth playing with google, they OWN the world. --
