Thank you guys for all your responses... but now things are getting complicated. I found out that my VPS provider has change the TOS and they do not allow "anonymus proxys" i have been talking to these people to see if mine can stay there (becaise it is not anonimus) and they said they will change the TOS again because the idea is no proxy allowed at all (unless private SOCKS proxy server)
