So ive been reading all the things about people getting banned so now im scared, what do they ban by name ip ssn or what? Just wondering in case i get banned.
they banned from your account no matter how many websites you have on your account. They have a log record of your IP, address, name and so on, so it's a bit hard for you to reapply for a new account again.
Don't worry if your hands are clean and you have not indulged in any malpractice. In case of possible ban, you can reapply under a different account name but that would be difficult if you have multiple websites.

people get banned because of reason. click fraud, sites that don;t comply with TOS, etc. if you live by TOS and don;t click on your own ads and dont tell others to click, then you have nothing to worry about
they only ban those that do wrong, so follow the TOS, put the code on proper pages, in spots that are in the guide, use the help guide they have etc and most of all dont click on your links, or have soemebody else you know do it, even if your tempted....
Banning is usually not random. They will not ban for small mistakes, but only for continued malpractice. I have clicked on the ads on my blog once or twice by mistake, but google was very nice about it. If you have been banned, it is difficult to re-apply, as I have found from the experiences of acquaintances. But I knew all along they would be banned, because they did not follow the TOS. They continued despite my advice, and got banned. Stay on the white side of things and you will never be banned.
