Question about Adsense and YPN on same site but different pages.

    Hello all,

I have a website that is currently all adsense, but one large block of my pages has a really low CPC even though it seems to get a lot of clicks. The rest of the site is all the same topic but other pages seem to get better CPC. I am wanting to experiment by putting YPN only on the pages that have low CPC and leaving adsense on the pages that have a higher CPC. Is this a violation of asense terms? I would only have YPN on the YPN pages and adsense on the adsense pages. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the part of the adsense policy I am wondering about:

    Competitive Ads and Services

We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. If you have elected to receive contextually-targeted Google ads, this would include all other contextually-targeted ads or links on the same page as Google ads. This would also include ads throughout the site that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads do not mimic Google ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

I guess my question is this: does Google regard YPN as an ad that mimics Google ads?

That should be fine as long as you are not using Adsense & YPN on the same page. YPN doesn't appear to be associated with Google.. or does it? You can contact Adsense support before implementing the adcode. Oh & I have seen some websites using adsense at one page & YPN on another. Take site-reference as an example.
