Question about a DP Rule

    Don't create threads about random news. Anything more than one thread per day that is from a news source will be deleted.




    Is this to prevent damage from duplicate content?

    No, it's to prevent people from starting a million threads with nothing but "news" to run up their post count.

    No idea... Any search engine smart enough to filter out duplicate content is smart enough to filter just what's duplicate, not an entire site.

    Take Google's advice... make content for the users and let search engines sort it out. {shrug}

    (basically what Mella said... heh)
