Are 3 Letter domains worth getting? I have a few 3 letter .de's, .infos, .us, .ca and .biz Do you think 3 letter domains of these are atleast worth a little more than their reg value? Thanks
I don't think they are worth much over the reg fee currently, but if you hold on to them for a few years their value will grow. I would recommend trying to stay with the major extensions.
I agree with Jordan. Get those domain extention which are commonly used such as .com or country level domains, they worth better.
I suppose that catchy, unique, memorable domain name will be as good as profitable.. A good domain is good money in your pocket.
Unless it's something like fee.us and not lwa.us then they are profitable, stupid 3 word domains are useless, no meaning to them at all.
It depends how long you are willing to hold onto them for - it is reasonable to assume that a three letter acronym will be of value to somebody, somewhere at sometime - the question is who where and when and it could be many years .....
you know in some countries where people are still not so tech savvy, it's best to stick to the most common used domain extension, else ppl might not realise it's a domain name.
The thing about that is it may actually translate into something in the future in which case it may be very valuable indeed. LWA for instance could stand for the League of Woman Accountants. Well not a great example but you must realize my point.
