Question about 3 Letter domains

Are 3 Letter domains worth getting?

I have a few 3 letter .de's, .infos, .us, .ca and .biz

Do you think 3 letter domains of these are atleast worth a little more than their reg value?

Not sure about other extensions... but the ones on .us and .biz should surely be worth more than the registration value!

i think .biz,.us extensions are more registration value.i do not have any idea about remaining 3 letter extensions.

Thanks... but I do not think people would be too keen to register on an obscure extension such as .de!
