    I saw some blogs websites, where they shared their profits with their bloggers through services like adsense or other companies.

    Any idea how to do that?

    Sites are still doing that? huh, ok.

    There would be two main ways
    • A site is created, advertising added, rules on how the income is split set in place. When payments are made the money is split and distributed.
    • A site is created, you register your own advertising codes. Your ads are shown on the content you add X% of the time.

    If you're using Wordpress, you'd just assign the guest blogger an 'author' role and you can track the traffic the author's blog gets via Google Analytics or Adsense to decide how best to split the Adsense revenue. Just my 2 cents on how I'd go about it...
