    Now my account says billing cycle day 29. Does that mean I will get billed on the 29th of each month. I am trying to figure out what my billing date is. You know if I don't hit the threshold what day I get billed. I am thinking on the 29th of each month?

    i dont care about that. if i want to pay to MSN, i will click it to pay whatever the cost. if i want pay 5, i click it. if will pay 2 dolar i click billed it. so i can control my cost to MSN
