Querying a search engine and storing number of results

    Can we have a PHP script that can query search engines (via API Key) for a "search term" and returns the number of results ?

    Can such script be made? :)

    Well, there is a script that allows you to use your Google API key.. The search and returned results are all on-site. It's fairly easy to configure. You can download it if you wish here www.thinkbling.com/downloads/

    Is the one you will want to download.
