Query Parameters?

    Not really a big issue until you has session ID in your URL like phpBB script.

    But SE likes static URL’s that's for sure :)

    BTW, Digital Point playing well in search engine without any static URL!

    I agree SE like static url rather than dynamic....

    The reason for that is static urls are SE friendly than that of dynamic url(php, asp etc...)

    I agree with the answers above that static URLs are more search engine friendly than dynamic URLs. However I know plenty of sites with dynamic URLs that have top rankings for competitive keywords.

    The key is in the length of the query string! Not just the character length, but also the number of parameters /variables in the URL. Keep it short and clean, and your dynamic URLs should not be a hindrance in search engine rankings.
