Oh, you meant a MOD that does AdSense integration. Yes, there is one I actually used. It's called inline banner ad, but it's not available for phpBB3. Actually there are few mods available for phpBB3 since it's not the final release yet. However, if you want a revenue sharing MOD just like this on DP, you can try this. Hope this helps
Such a modification is not yet available for phpBB 3.0x The link that Etherfast gave, is for phpBB 2.0x, and will for 99.99% sure not work with phpBB 3.0x I wouldn't switch to phpBB 3.0x yet, but keep stick with phpBB 2.0x until phpBB 3.0x is officially released for at least 3 months. But I guess that advice is too late now
