    I would make it thinner from side to side, its a bit too wide.

    At the onset I have no idea what the forum is about. It needs to look a little more organized and clean. I can't even decipher the logo.

    I agree with xanadu when I looked at the site I had no idea what it was about,
    I think there is too much going on in the header so it's a bit confusing. The header
    should give your visitors an idea of what your site is about.

    The logo is weak and unclear. The shoutbox is too prominent, people would go there to look at the forums but find a huge shoutbox:confused:
