I have been messing around with HTML since the early 1999 but was mainly used to play around with tools. Than passed on DreamWeaver (kinda more sophisticated software that facilitates the job in certain points), after a while HTML and CSS became my passion, playing with CSS and HTML was fun game for me and the game made things so much easier that I haven't opened DW for a long time now (its all dusty ) and started coding simply by using notepad (just few words about the knowledge I have of xHTML/CSS).

Anyway, after helping people with HTML problems (and I hate to fix others errors) I decided to launch a xHTML Coding services website, where me together with other 2 quality coders will provide you with quality coding service. The site is new, but the experience we have is not new at all.

Services:
Currently we provide coding service for static layouts and WordPress theme coding only.

Pricing:
Two page static layout: $30
Full functional WordPress theme: $40

Delivery time:
Static layout: 24-48 hours
WordPress theme: 48-72 hours

The delivery time might seem long to some, but that is the time we need to ensure that we will provide you with quality design and fix errors we might encounter during the browser compatibility. We count the project start once we receive the PSD file via EMAIL only and we reply to confirm that the file is not corrupted or damaged.

The Guarantee: If you will not receive your layout coded within the delivery time we have you will get the coded theme for free even if we will be 30 minutes late on the delivery.

Note:
* The current prices are valid for the month of September until 15th October (we preserve the right to continue the promotion till the end of October).
* This offer works on first come first served base.

Just wanted to share my opinion about Trapped and his service,
3 days ago I contacted him after seeing one some post that he offered his services, by that time I had nothing more than a rubbish PSD file.
Within less than 24 hours he had a full framework built up for me, after additional 24 hours he already finished fixing all the small bugs within the LIVE template of my blog. I've been working with so many coders (mainly from RentaCoder) and I must say that he made this work seems SO easy...
Truly a great CSS / XHTML coder. I recommend him with all my heart.

I wanted to give a little feedback on Trapped's work. I asked him to code a PSD and about 24 hours later, he had the work done. The code is organized, compliant, and he made the right decisions on slicing and dicing. Will use his services again.

I just checked your thread, from what it is on the thread I am not really aware of what your client would need, but I presume a WordPress blog used as CMS would do great for her. The thing is, that blog is not a shopping cart but it can be used as powerful marketing tool to promote and sell items online. The orders tho will need to be handled by a shopping cart, unless she wants to place direct PayPal buttons and receive payments via PayPal.
