    Did not receive 10 articles that we ordered and paid by Paypal on 3 Nov2016. She was supposed to deliver articles on 5Nov2016.
    Sent few emails to her email address but no reply.
    Sent her PM here but also no reply.
    So finally, on 11 Nov2016, we filed Paypal dispute but she has also not replied on Paypal
    She never bothered to reply by email or PM or on Paypal but yet she last logged in here yesterday
