Themed header but without too much graphics. No flash. Fixed width (1000px). One sidebar (200px, included into those 1000px overall width). Some elements (like Meta and Archives) should be moved to the footer. Links should be underscored and the colors of the visited and unvisited links should differ. Separate line menu for Pages. No "read more" links. Post titles should be linked to the post webpages. The theme's archive.php and header.php files should retain the same functionality for outputting the descriptions, titles and metas as it's done with the current theme. The theme shouldn't suck.
