The server has been up for a few days, with 100% uptime so far. Just to show you the dedication of the company where I host my server; they give customers 6 months free hosting with whatever package they are hosted with if support emails are not responded to within 24 hours. To avoid downtime, I have a system which checks my servers uptime every minute, and if it appears to be down it sends me an email and an SMS. The datacenter is ofcourse equipped with systems such as UPS and rigid security measures are in place both physically and on the network.
