Quality traffic building advice....

    Hi,

    I've set a target of about 1000 uniques per day by Sept 07.

    I've been working on SEO for the site, posted articles and have just started up a blog http://www.bidburglar.com/wordpress/

    Can anyone recommend any other tried and tested cost effective or even better free methods to attract quality traffic?

    Also I submitted my site to dmoz.org about 4 months ago and still nothing, is this normal or should I resubmit?

    I think you should wait for some more time to get in DMOZ.

    dmoz can be a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes webmasters never manage to get sites listed and then some find they have managed to get their sites into dmoz easily. I have had mixed results with my own sites... but the entries I do have took quite a while; easily 12 months.
