Okay we have taken on our first employee. We became too busy to take on more work, but turning down work is bad business, as is taking on too much. We found someone we are going to try so here is your chance. We are an SEO firm, no for this experiment I wont tell you which one. I also dont show my work. Might sound very strange to people but I protect what I do and my clients just arent someone else's business. We provide quality SEO. We are business people first, My future wife and myself have grown up in business and ended up in this business and we love it. We are helping people and love working together. Okay that said we have found someone we are going to try on the team. He knows html pretty well and has an idea about SEO. He seems to be able to handle what I need from him. HE WILL do nothing without my approval. I'm trying to see if he can follow instructions and learn this business and see how much time it requires of me. I promise he will make no moves until I approve, but I need to see how quick he moves, and learnss, and basicly if he saves me time. Okay here is what we are offering. Two people good seo at $350 per site. We will do up to 10 pages. We will offer site maps, as well as 500 directory submissions and if you will write an article I will get him to submit that too at least to some of the article sites. We basicly charge $1100 for what I am offering. I cant charge someone $1100 for an experiment, and if things go bad I will finish the work. I just have to see how much time he can save me and turn out the same work. What we need. First we need realistic expectations. I don't want to take on say hosting or templates, I dont want to break his pride. I would also prefer you be listed in the big boys as not listed at all just seems to feel different. We make no promises other than to do our best. No black hat, and prefer no cloaking or gateway, though we will do the latter upon request for an added fee. We want to promote the site you had built. We are going to be somewhat picky at what we take on this. I dont want him to feel like he failed. We dont take adult content (firm policy). Just PM if you have questions, oh yeah, $200 on start of project and $150 after we have completely all, but we will stay around and tweak things as we see fit, and we will submit up to a full year monthly if you so desire. I just need to test him out and see if he can do this and how much time he saves me. There is no way I could make this offer without a somewhat inexpensive employee nor can I take on more work. I promise he will do nothing without me before he starts and before anything "hits the net". He will have me and our 6 programs.
