    I just wanted to tell you how disappointed I am in your services.

    You had no problem taking my $100 and submitting to a few directories (about 25) but you definately did not provide the full package as advertised.

    Even worse, I have sent you several emails just asking for an update and you won't even reply to my emails.

    I promise if you keep doing business this way you won't be able to stay in business long.
