Quality scores in dumps with targeted ad groups & great LP?

    I have never experienced this in Adwords before.

    I am doing a local PPC campaign & getting killed with quality score. Everything is in the 3-4 range.

    This is a plumbing website, with plumbing content, plumbing title tags & I have a QS of 3 for the word "plumbing" ?

    Any insights?
