Ive been trying to get used to the adword system for a few months now and today i noticed something weird on one of my campgains. 2 of the keywords have dropped to QS 1 but the rest are fine and still have very high stats? So now i have 2 keywords that are not displaying anymore but with no idea on why it has changed overnight and what to do about it, if anything. Never mind: Its now happening to more keywords every time i go back time to contact google and see what is going on
It is now yes, had been fine since the start of the campgain. Had very good CTR, QS was 10 throughout until as of now Now it shows QS1 on all keywords, reason shown is landing page. Have just emailed google after being told on the phone that the phone customer support was only for members who had been advertising less than 14 days

Quality score going down to 1 is most certainly a 'Google Slap' - your account will have manually been looked at and deemed irrelevant in some way.
