Quality Score messages. what do they really mean?

I come across these two messages a lot on many keywords in the Keyword Analysis page.

Does anyone know what should i work on with respect to each particular QS message?

I just don't understand what google wants from me in order to give me QS of great.

Do they want better CTR? Lower Bounce Rate? Different Ad? More Ads? More keyword related text on the page? More negative keywords?

both keywords have a CTR of about 3.60% in ave. position 4.3 and minimum bid of .10

Any ideas?
