Hey saif abdullah, your quality score has to do with how congruent your advertising campaign is. Basically, when your ad copy is similar or congruent with the content of your landing page or website then you are going to have a "high quality" ad. Your bid also plays into your quality score by determining how close you are to the first page bid. So to have a high "quality score" your bid needs to be competitive and your ad needs to be relevant to the content of your website and the keywords you are marketing to. So, if you were marketing toothpaste and your add said "Win a free toothbrush if you like us on facebook" your quality score is going to suck because your website and add have nothing to do with marketing toothpaste. That was a really bad example but if it's not making sense I can elaborate for you. I hope that helps and let me know if you are still confused.
