Quality Score Dropped Drastically

I've been running ads on Adwords for about a month now. Had a good quality score for most of my keywords, 8/10, then all of a sudden it drops down to 1/10 for all keywords. This is after spending over 100k on those keywords. No drastic changes were made to the landing page at all.

So I create a new ad group using a different domain name but the same landing page. Add just two keywords and get a quality score rating of 8/10 like I had before but the ads aren't showing.

So I contacted Google support via chat and they are horrible! They tell me that the landing page quality is low and that the quality score that I see within my account is just for ranking my ads. Ummm ok? So even with a quality score of 8/10 my landing page quality is low? So how do I check that? She says there is no way I can.

What am I to do? Should I just create a new account and see how tha goes? Create a new landing page to increase the landing page quality even though it has nothing to do with the quality score? I've sent several messages to Google but they just seem like robots and keep sending me the same information.

    I HATE ZioGoOoOogle!!!
Who knows what those Ziocloptic Nazi's are up to? They have NEVER answered any of my emails and I'm making sure EVERYONE knows how dodgy they really are. I'm about to launch over 20 blogs about their pathetic customer support and team up with their enemies to promote THEM. Screw 'em!

There's some useful info around on how to meet a lot of the criteria google are looking for, but also some ambiguity. The definitions of the criteria are evolving all the time - ultimately I see this could help advertisers and publishers, as more of the ambiguity gets defined.

If it helps, I'm yet to speak to any customer support with any company I've come across in my 29 years of life, who don't have many pitfalls.

It doesn't matter how large and how successful the company is, it will still be full of incompetent people working there. Google is no different.
