OK, so directory submissions, social bookmarking, stumbles etc. may have little effect or in some cases even do more harm than good. Blog comments on relevant blogs with decent page rank, maybe a bit more helpful? Article Submissions? Where do you knowledgeable folks recommend one pursues the ever-elusive "quality relevant inbound link"?
i think gaining backlinks from quality and relevant sites is the best method as regards one way linking you should go with article submission and posting in forums with your sites links in signatures
