Ok, so i'm looking for some quality real estate related blog sites that i can post my own blogs on. i just started here at real estate webmasters and saw active rain. any other good one? also, i noticed someone in my market that does very very well with all keyterms. i mean, he's a genius and ranks #1 for every major keyterm. he has a blog on his website and i notice he posts the exact same blogs on active rain. everything is exactly the same. does google not take this as duplicate content? they must not because you would think he would get dinged for that and google loves his website.
Hi, You can use Google Reader and search blogs for real estate to find quality blogs. You can also use Technorati/blogs/directory... There are other ways but those will get you going.. It doesn't take genius to rank highly for search terms just good solid knowledge and a plan of action.. Hope this helps.
