Quality-rank, to make up problems of Page-rank

Hello, I wish to present you my system to ranking web-site based on quality (quality rank)

this tool makes possible to have a true classification completely based on quality.

with a note obtained from the choice of 5 webmasters. contrary of the page-rank which use a simple algorithm

Each site obtain a note from 0 to 8, composed like this :
- 0 to 5 points by 5 others webmasters
- 0 to 2 points according to the quality of your notation
- 1 point for a back-link (optional)

Sites are registered in a directory and are classified according to this note.

Number of links (between 2 and 6) depends of this note.
visibility and strength too.
