Solid and real PR 7 Domain for sale. The name of the domain is www.virtualapex.com. Excellent inbound links, most of them being com's and .org amd some links from universities and institutes. This PR7 is a naturally grown one, not a artificial selfmade one with bought inbound links! Potential of this domain is huge, both for pushing own projects or promoting clients sites. Please feel free to ask any question about this domain, this is a one time opportunity and will not be repeated, if this thread doesn´t reach the asking price at least, this offer will be withdrawn. Post SOLD to claim, similar domains have been sold for much more, target price is less then the estimated revenue for one year! Payment has to be made through escrow.com, the buyer pays the escrow.com fees.

    BIN: $16,000 USD

Please state the question, The site was registered in 1999 was used for a web development firm, the sites they designed have left the links on various sites, google shows around 500 backlinks you should check marketleap to do proper due diligence of the site. It was dead for a year or so from 2005 uptil now, the links have ben there for a few years now, as it's confirmed been there for over 1.5 yrs.

I could see that happening, the company I last worked for paid $6,000 for their 2 character domain roughly 5 years ago. Not too uncommon for it to sell for that much in my opinion.

Another offer of $12500 received. I sold my last PR7 for $15,000 and yes these names are worth that much specially ones with good backlinks. Today if you buy ads, you will end up paying the same amount for decent backlinks from quality sites in a years time, plus sandbox, plus the older the domain is the better it is. I plan to close this asap this offer is now going once. it will be going thrice before i post sold provided escrow transaction goes smooth.

If it was 2 character without numbers, it was a bargain for them, right now the price of a two letter is around $20 to $25 K mark, I have witnessed 2-3 sales of 2 letter domains, KT.Com is asking $200,000 and I saw it reach $100,000 in bidding on ebay but heard the buyer backed out.

Yeah, when I found out that they had got it for so cheap I told them they got a deal on it. I agree to what you said as well, they did get a bargin on the domain and they are very happy with it.
