    Low price for a great site. No more time to deal with it. Uses a premium wordpress theme, auto-pulls posts from yahoo answers. Over 9k indexed pages, looking for a quick sale. Top SERPS for several phrases including: internet help. Assume no revenue (site not monetized) and a bit of traffic. NO reasonable offer refused.

    Its funny because this is the first listing that I've seen that really jumped out at me.
