We are trying to get some money together for a major project so we are forced to unload some of our prized posessions!!

This directory is a phpLD Licenced (paid) (link back) directory that has been the same site since it was born approx 1 year ago! It has scattered inner page PR.

The template was originally a freebie that we modified with permission!!

We originally put this site to advertise our own sites and we never really promoted it at all!

The income has been very limited and spiratic and the traffic has been low but again, we never really worked at that for this site but it will be easy for you too!!

There are currently NO ad commitments in the site!

We paid a professional to install the following Mods:

Alphabet mod
Page Rank Mod
Banner Rotator (operate from Admin)
Paid Feature Ads (operate from Admin)

I will keep the site hosted 30 days after the sale and the Buyer will be responsible to move which should be pretty easy as our hosting has Full Cpanel Access! If you would like to keep it hosted with us, there will be a 6.95 charge per month.

What version of PHPLD is it running?

 

It is a 3.1 Paid version with link back (25.00) and then we have approx 80.00 in mods that were installed. I was going to upgrade it but I prefer some of the coding features in it!

The new owner can get the upgrade files for free!
