Dear Traffic Providers, I'm looking for high quality traffic from pop-ups or pop-unders that are both country targeted and category targeted. I intend to run CPA signup offers in categories such as zip/submits, gaming and dating. It would help if there are even higher levels of targeting. I also need to know where the traffic is coming from...which websites are the traffic coming from and what are the demographics of such traffic.
