    Hello there,

    Here is what I am looking for:

    1) A blog could be wordpress or any other CMS. No general blogs. Must be NICHE BASED.

    2) Good content (50% unique at least)

    3) Nicely designed

    4) At least PR3

    5) No dropped domain, you must have made the blog under a fresh domain

    6) Not posted before for sale

    7) Visitors/ revenue DO NOT MATTER!

    8) Must be at least 1 yr old
