    It mean's that your bulletin will either stay posted for a full 24 hours, or be reposted. For example if you buy a bulletin and there's 2 other people ahead of you that have a bulletin, i will probably repost the bulletin later on so you get your full 24 hours.

    Update: I would like to stress my concern of people wanting me to advertise meaningless sites. I WILL NOT advertise any sites relating to: porn, downloads, little or no content. Also, please stop using aim to ask me questions about advertising. That is the sole purpose of this thread, and also so i know who you are.
